1. Custom Orders
All products are made to order based on customer specifications. Please double-check your size, design, and spelling before submitting. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

2. Design Approval
If you request a custom design, a digital mockup will be shared for approval. Production will only begin after your confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier delays. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error. If this happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

5. Intellectual Property
By submitting a logo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it. Flexendra is not liable for copyright issues related to customer-submitted content.
