Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, size errors, or custom design choices.

  • Refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you approved.

  • To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

  • Since all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges unless there's a mistake on our part.

  • If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.
